Argentine goalkeeper Emi Martinez lies motionless after head collision, rushed to hospital

Argentina's World Cup-winning goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez lay motionless on the pitch after suffering a head injury during Chelsea's Premier League match against Everton on Saturday. Martinez collided with Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite while attempting to clear a cross. He received around 10 minutes of treatment before being stretchered off and taken to hospital.
