Major impact in 8-10 days: FDA chief Mundhe on violations by eateries near schools

Maharashtra FDA Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe warned of strict action against eateries near educational institutions violating food-safety rules. He said the Education Department and local administrations have been instructed to intensify enforcement in "mission mode" with "major impact expected within 8-10 days". Mundhe said key areas have been identified and that "this is just the beginning".
