The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has demolished 217 illegal structures and sealed 237 properties since June 4 as part of a crackdown on illegal construction. The MCD has also issued 330 construction show-cause notices, 151 sealing show-cause notices, and 91 demolition orders during the same period. Furthermore, the Revenue Department has conducted 773 inspections in the same period.
