PM Narendra Modi said India's oil refining capacity has climbed to 4th-largest in the world as he inaugurated India's first greenfield integrated refinery-cum-petrochemical complex on Saturday. He added that no new refinery has been built in US in the last 50 years and that Europe's capacity has been steadily declining. PM Modi inaugurated the 9 MMTPA facility in Rajasthan's Balotra.
