Samajwadi Party leader Sanatan Pandey said the Pulwama terror attack in 2019 was a conspiracy by the BJP. "This wasn't a foreign conspiracy. To this day, the BJP is unable to tell where the RDX came from," he said. "They didn't fulfil...their poll promises...They felt that they had lied, so the Pulwama (attack) was part of their conspiracy," he added.
