After Supreme Court (SC) refused to modify order on shifting stray dogs to shelters, BJP leader Maneka Gandhi said SC has done nothing. "They've abdicated responsibility and said that now go to High Courts," she added. "SC has realised that there is non-compliance across the country...so they said...If anybody has problems, then they should go to the HCs," she said.
