HCLTech CEO C Vijayakumar has become India's highest-paid IT services company chief as he received a salary of $18.13 million (about ₹174.86 crore) in the financial year 2025-26, as per the company's annual report. This means his salary grew by about 67% year-on-year. His remuneration for this financial year includes a base salary of $2.48 million (nearly ₹24 crore).
