Trinamool Congress is set to move the Calcutta High Court against the West Bengal Assembly Speaker's decision to appoint expelled TMC MLA Ritabrata as Leader of Opposition, MP Kalyan Banerjee confirmed. "We have decided that the LoP appointed by the Speaker is illegal," said Banerjee. Ritabrata's appointment comes amidst speculations that TMC is headed for a split.
