I've fought for TV for 30 yrs: Rohit Roy on backlash over 'dustbin medium' remark

Actor Rohit Roy addressed the backlash he faced over calling Indian television a "dustbin medium", clarifying that he was criticising its content and not individual TV personalities. "I'm a TV actor myself...Without seeing the entire interview...looking at the clickbait headline, few young actors have gotten personal with me," said Rohit, adding, "I've fought for television for the last 30 years."
