Chandrasekaran, Venu didn't disclose ₹330-cr family firm deal to Tata Sons: Report

A firm owned by Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran's family is pursuing a ₹330-crore industrial park in Karnataka to serve TVS Motor, Mint reported. It is the second such project between TVS Motor, whose chairman-emeritus Venu Srinivasan backed Chandrasekaran’s third term, and Chandrasekaran's wife Lalitha and son Pranav's Hanno One Warehousing. The project wasn’t disclosed to Tata Sons board.
