Singer Sonu Nigam recalled that his father, Agam Nigam, didn't want him performing in Mumbai. When Sonu questioned him, he replied, "You're a good-looking chap. You sing well....you'll get a girlfriend there [Mumbai]." Agam explained that once Sonu makes friends in Mumbai, he'd settle there. "If you do shows in Delhi, I can keep an eye on you," added Agam.
