A 25-year-old man, Tarun Kumar, was allegedly killed in a fight that broke out between two families after a water balloon thrown by an 11-year-old girl during Holi hit a Muslim woman in Delhi's Uttam Nagar. The deceased's family alleged that the woman called her relatives to attack Kumar. Police arrested four people and apprehended a minor.
