Trump's son confirms Russian businessman with ties to Putin paid for wedding party

Russian businessman Umar Kremlev, an ally of Vladimir Putin, paid for post-wedding celebrations of US President Donald Trump's eldest son, Donald Trump Jr, and Bettina Trump. The couple said their "dear friend" Umar Kremlev "generously hosted two incredible nights" of festivities in Bahamas. Kremlev heads International Boxing Association and received "Order of Friendship" from Putin in April 2026.
