ED files charge sheet against FIITJEE, 2 directors over ₹85-crore fee fraud case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a charge sheet against coaching institute FIITJEE and its directors, Dinesh Kumar Goel and Monila Goel. They have been accused of laundering ₹85.79 crore collected as advance fees for coaching programmes that were not delivered. The ED's investigation found that FIITJEE abruptly shut 32 centres, affecting over 14,400 students.
