Air India staffer suspended after 3 Italians board flight without immigration clearance

An Air India employee was suspended after three Italians boarded a Delhi-Munich flight without mandatory immigration clearance, Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu said. The staffer escorted the connecting passengers from Amritsar through designated airport pathways without following prescribed procedures under the hub-and-spoke model. Government earlier issued show-cause notice to Air India.
