Divine Muheto, who won the most recent Miss Rwanda beauty pageant, was involved in an accident. Muheto was driving without a licence and was under the influence of alcohol, Rwanda National Police said. She was arrested after she fled the accident scene. Police did not reveal if anybody was hurt in the incident.
