Pakistan's Power Minister Awais Leghari said country is experiencing six to seven hours of load management, almost three times higher than government's public commitment, due to rising demand, LNG supply disruptions amid Middle East crisis. He stated that power shortfall, estimated at around 3,400MW, was driven by a steep decline in generation from LNG and hydropower sources.
