While discharging ex-Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi Excise Policy case, the Rouse Avenue court refused to take cognisance of CBI chargesheet in the case. While pulling up CBI, the court noted, "For the first time, we are seeing a chargesheet with so many flaws." It pointed out that confessional statement of the key witness wasn't filed in the chargesheet.
