US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said that a deal with Iran to reopen Hormuz Strait could be reached by August 5. "We're in talks...we may have a deal today or tomorrow to open the strait and move towards a more normalised position," said Bessent. "It would be freedom of movement," he further said on whether Iran would charge a toll.
