India exploring flight routes via China amid Pakistan airspace ban: Naidu

India is exploring flight routes via China's Xinjiang amid the closure of Pakistani airspace, Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu said. Pakistani airspace ban had hampered routes for Indian airlines operating flights to Europe and North America. If the discussions are successful, flights from Delhi and Mumbai would head towards Leh, turn toward Kyrgyzstan, and then connect to existing routes.
