Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, "Ukraine didn't start this war...Russia started it." He added, "In this war...we want peace, and Russia demonstrates a desire to continue the war...If the whole world -Europe and US- is on our side...together we'll stop Putin." He said Ukraine supported the US ceasefire proposal and is willing to do whatever it takes to end war.
