ISI trained Osama bin Laden with US & Saudi funding during Afghan jihad: Pak politician

Pakistani politician Mushahid Hussain Syed claimed CIA and Saudi Arabia gave the ISI nearly $5 billion during the Afghan jihad to train one lakh Afghan Mujahideen and 20,000 Arab volunteers. He said Al-Qaeda's Osama bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri were among the volunteers. He added that after the war, many became “jobless jihadis” and moved to conflict zones, including Kashmir.
