HCLSoftware, the software division of HCLTech, will acquire Belgium-based early-stage AI data analyst agents startup Wobby for $5.2 million (over ₹46.5 crores), Moneycontrol reported. The acquisition is expected to close by February 2026. This comes less than a week after HCLTech announced the acquisition of Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) Telco Solutions business for $160 million.
