A man has been arrested after a car reportedly hit around 20 pedestrians in the centre of Britain's Derby city, police said. Some victims were seriously injured were taken to the hospital, they added. "We want to hear from anyone who saw a black Suzuki Swift being driven in Derby around the time of the incident,"police said.
