Pune woman who battled lymphoma builds organic kitchen that feeds over 1,000 daily

Pune's Harshada Prakash Temghare was diagnosed with lymphoma in her early 30s after her face swelled and tests failed to identify the cause for nearly four months. Her family faced the prospect of expensive treatment, but after undergoing chemotherapy, she recovered. She later started an organic food service that now delivers over 1,000 tiffins daily and employs around 20 women.
