₹4-crore 'never-ending' world cruise shuts down, passengers asked to get off

Villa Vie Residences, a company that promised a 'never-ending' cruise around the world, has abruptly suspended operations, asking long-term passengers to disembark on short notice. The cost of cabins ranged from $119,999 (₹1 crore) to $439,999 (₹4 crore). The company, which operates residential cruise ship Villa Vie Odyssey, blamed rising fuel costs amid US-Iran war for cessation of operations.
