Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said that the Union Territory is witnessing a change, and people are against terrorism and helping the police deal with it. He added that after revoking Article 370 in 2019, the situation changed and the backbone of terrorism was broken. "Earlier, peace was purchased, now it is established," Sinha said.
