The two-match Test series between New Zealand and Bangladesh, starting January 1, is doubtful after Bangladesh's spin bowling consultant Rangana Herath tested positive for COVID-19 in New Zealand. Following this, Bangladesh were asked not to undertake any practice sessions until December 21 and were sent back into quarantine. As per reports, series might be rescheduled owing to quarantine issues.
