West Bengal Assembly Speaker Biman Banerjee rejected Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar's request to meet over ruckus in the Assembly. "Urged Speaker for a meeting...in view of 'unseemly ruckus and chaotic spectacle unfolded in the hallowed precincts of the Assembly on March 7'," Dhankhar tweeted. The Speaker rejected the request saying he was preoccupied due to the ongoing Assembly session, ANI reported.
