Himachal to offer ₹3 lakh housing aid to Valmiki families

Himachal Pradesh CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu announced a housing assistance scheme providing ₹3 lakh to eligible Valmiki community families to build homes. Beneficiaries must have annual income below ₹2.5 lakh and no pucca house. A survey to identify beneficiaries will be completed by November 28. Sukhu also announced ₹25 lakh for Bhagwan Valmiki Temple in Shimla.
