India hosts BIMSTEC Maritime Security Exercise in Andaman

India is hosting the BIMSTEC Maritime Security Exercise in Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, from October 30 to November 3. Ships from all seven BIMSTEC member nations are participating. The exercise includes three days of Tabletop Exercises and a two-day Harbour Phase, aimed at boosting maritime cooperation and interoperability in the Bay of Bengal.
