Addressing a public gathering in phase-3 bound Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi came down heavily on the ruling BJP government. Holding the book of the constitution in hand, Gandhi said that PM Modi and Amit Shah would tear it apart once they returned to power.
