The Bombay High Court has restrained actor-producer Vidnyan Mane, who is also Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana's friend, from making any statements that can harm Palash Muchhal's reputation. Smriti's ex-fiance, Palash, had filed a defamation suit seeking ₹10 crore in damages after Mane claimed he was caught in bed with another woman. Mane also claimed Palash cheated him of ₹40 lakh.
