BJP's Amit Malviya claimed a local Mahila Congress leader filed a sexual abuse case against Meenakshi Natarajan, the Congress candidate whose Rajya Sabha nomination from MP was cancelled. He claimed the police didn't file an FIR against her, and the victim approached court, after which summons were issued to Natarajan. He asked why she didn't disclose court summons in affidavit.
