OpenAI and Microsoft announced a reworked partnership on Monday. Under it, Microsoft will not have exclusive access to OpenAI's models and products, thereby allowing the ChatGPT maker to serve rival platforms like Google and Amazon. Moreover, Microsoft won't pay a revenue share to OpenAI, but the latter will continue revenue share payments to the former through 2030 with a cap.
