Zee CEO Punit Goenka moves SAT against SEBI market ban

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) and CEO Punit Goenka have challenged a SEBI order before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), seeking urgent interim relief. SAT will hear the matter on Wednesday. SEBI had barred ZEEL from the securities market for two months and Goenka and promoter Subhash Chandra for 12 months over alleged unauthorised use of ZEEL property.
