Addressing a rally in Karnataka's Bijapur on Friday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said, "You're seeing the speeches of PM Narendra Modi, he's tense." Rahul further said, "Maybe in a few days, he'll shed tears on the stage. He just tries to distract your attention 24 hours." He added, "PM Modi has snatched money from the poor in last 10 years."
