Amid heavy rainfall in parts of Mumbai, a video surfaced online showing a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) employee falling into an open drain. The incident occurred in front of Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde when she stepped out to inspect the ground situation. After the incident, she reprimanded officials and warned that open manholes could lead to suspension.
