Navratnas are Miniratnas with MOU rating above 'very good' in three of last five years and composite score of over 60 in six indicators including earning/share and Inter-sectoral performance. Maharatnas must have over ₹5,000-crore annual PAT and over ₹15,000-crore net worth.
