The Calcutta High Court on Monday rejected the ex-West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress' (TMC) plea to operate three bank accounts frozen by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The order came 11 days after another High Court bench led by Justice Saugata Bhattacharyya had allowed the party to use the accounts, which were frozen on June 19.
