Cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle said he was "taken by surprise" after England Test captain Ben Stokes announced his retirement from international cricket. "And disappointed, as you should be, when an outstanding cricketer moves on with lots left in the tank," he added. "England will be weaker for this. I only hope he hasn't taken this decision impulsively," Bhogle remarked.
