BRICS created to break 'totalitarianism' shown by US: Iran Prez

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said BRICS was created to break the “totalitarianism” shown by the US, which he accused of sanctioning countries at will. He said BRICS should help member countries develop alternative trade and cooperation systems unaffected by US sanctions. “We’re here to help each other so that this unilateralism can be fought against,” he said.
