OpenAI has hired ex-Meta executive Dave Dugan as VP Global Ad Solutions, in its bid to explore ads in ChatGPT. After working with Meta for over four years, Dugan stepped down as VP Global Clients and Agencies at Meta earlier this month. This comes as OpenAI plans to generate new revenue streams to support its funding requirements for AI projects.
