A journalist asked Canadian PM Mark Carney if he was offended after Donald Trump called him "Governor," referring to his suggestion of making Canada US' 51st state. Carney replied, "I'm not going to comment on every tweet or...comment from whoever. I can handle it." Trump has also threatened 100% tariffs on Canada over a possible trade deal with China.
