Donald Trump's administration may soon be forced to refund $130-billion (₹12 lakh crore) tariffs as a US court rejected Trump's bid to delay litigation on the refunds for 90 days. The court referred the matter to a lower court, advancing the next stage of the refund process. "The proper time to issue the mandate is now," the court filing said.
