Markets regulator SEBI announced several changes related to primary and secondary markets, mutual funds and FPIs after its board meeting on Monday. However, it failed to introduce tighter norms for the F&O segment, which was highly anticipated. The regulator was also expected to take cognisance of allegations against Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch made by Congress and Hindenburg Research.
