Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) settled 8,30,94,388 claims in FY 2026 marking a 38.12% growth from last year, the Centre told the Parliament. The government also said that EFPO will no longer require members to upload a cancelled cheque or an attested bank passbook while filing for claims online. The move has benefitted over 7 crore members, the Centre added.
