A Dutch court has ordered xAI and its chatbot Grok not to generate and distribute AI-generated images "undressing" people. The court order prohibits xAI from generating images "whereby persons are partially or wholly stripped naked without having given explicit permission," it said. The court added that it would impose fines of $115,350 each day if the company does not comply.
