Delhi Police arrested Lucknow University law students Prabal Pratap (third-year) and Chander Bhan (second-year) for disrupting Supreme Court proceedings on July 10. Pratap, who appeared as petitioner-in-person, used cuss words against CJI Surya Kant, called the judges "judicial servants" and flung papers in the courtroom. An FIR was registered on the complaint of a Supreme Court security staffer.
