MHADA to seize defaulting developers properties to recover ₹172cr

As reported by Minister Pankaj Bhoyar, the government will seize properties of developers to recover ₹172 crore owed to the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA). This measure aims to remedy financial losses caused by overdue rent from transit camps. Complaints have been filed against 22 developers in this regard.
